To train young people as closely as possible to our needs and to pass on the skills truly necessary for the execution of our trades, we have chosen to launch our own Academy in 2023.
We thus offer through 2 training cycles of 6 months and 1 year a real training path with the supervision of experienced professionals and sessions within the Technical Engineering Competence Center. Thus, young aspiring assistant installers and installers will be able to acquire all the knowledge and skills to obtain our certificate and then be hired on a permanent basis within the company.
