HVAC Business Developer

Responsibilities

Reporting to the technical management, you will be responsible for the complete management of HVAC projects, from the design phase to project completion.

• Oversee and ensure the technical, administrative, and financial follow-up of HVAC projects
• Analyze client needs and respond to price requests (costing, quotes, technical variations)
• Prepare technical documentation and execution documents (plans, calculation notes, technical data sheets)
• Place and track orders for materials and equipment with suppliers
• Plan and coordinate internal and external resources (teams, subcontractors)
• Provide daily operational follow-up for projects (progress, costs, deadlines, quality)
• Participate in and lead site meetings, liaising with various stakeholders
• Ensure the financial follow-up of projects: progress reports, invoicing, variance management
• Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methods and processes

Profile & Skills

• You have at least 5 years of proven experience in a similar position, ideally in the HVAC field
• You have solid expertise in execution phases and project monitoring
• You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and excellent organizational skills
• With good interpersonal skills, you can interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams
• You are fluent in French, both spoken and written; proficiency in another language is a plus
