CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT M/F

The customer service administrative assistant manages numerous essential and varied administrative support functions for our different service teams.

About the team:

Within our customer service department, you will handle administrative management tasks, including managing the repair technicians’ schedule, handling customer requests, managing maintenance contracts…

MISSIONS:

  • Data entry in our business software
  • Phone reception
  • Prospecting using the company’s customer database
  • Follow-up and entry of requests with the Administrations
  • Data entry support

PROFILE SKILLS:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Comfortable with computer tools
  • You are rigorous and organized
  • You speak fluent French (any other language is an advantage)
