    • in the context of considering your requests for quotes, orders, or contracts related to services,

    • in the context of the conclusion and execution of contracts concluded with you,
    • for the management of deliveries,
    • in the context of the billing of our services or supply of goods,

Recipients who may have access to your data?

Certain employees of our company (accounting department, customer management department, marketing, etc.) as well as our external service providers (such as our subcontractors, suppliers, promoters, respectively our legal or technical advisors, architects, engineering offices), may have access to some of your personal data, to the extent that their intervention within the framework of pursuing the aforementioned purposes is necessary. The same applies to any administrative authority (notably the Ministry of the Environment) or legal authority (lawyers and courts) as well as other entities such as the Chamber of Trades for boiler approval, to the extent that the disclosure of your personal data is necessary for the purposes for which it was processed.

Data retention period

Your personal data is retained for the duration of the services or the commercial relationship. We may also retain your data as long as necessary to allow us to fulfill our legal and/or contractual obligations, to ensure the exercise or defense of our rights in court, as well as in all cases where we have a legitimate interest in retaining this data.

Your personal data is deleted when its retention is no longer required for the purposes for which it was processed or as soon as we are no longer bound by any legal retention obligations under the applicable legislation.

Your data will thus be retained for the time necessary in view of the pursued purpose, unless a legal provision imposes a longer retention period on us.
