SPRINKANGE, Permanent Contract

SECRETARY / RECEPTIONIST M/F

This is the person who welcomes and handles requests from clients and suppliers to redirect them to the right contacts. They also handle a range of administrative tasks.

MISSIONS:

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort, distribute, and file daily mail
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
  • Perform other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing
  • Enter supplier invoices and issue customer invoices

PROFILE SKILLS:

  • You have proven work experience as a receptionist and/or secretary
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You have the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • You have excellent organizational skills
  • You are fluent in French and Luxembourgish (Portuguese is an advantage)
