Site Manager M/F

The site manager position is a responsible role. Beyond managing the teams under their command, they are also the guarantor of the quality of Marques Confort’s work and thus the company’s brand image. They must ensure that the following objectives are always met:

• Quality of work
• Compliance with hygiene and safety rules
• Adherence to installation times
• Compliance with administrative follow-up
• Respect for equipment and tools

MISSIONS:

– You organize and monitor the sites and will be in charge of the teams on site (living base and storage on site, planning and work pace of the teams, client information, compliance with protocols…)

– You manage the material needs necessary for the proper execution of the sites (ordering necessary materials, optimizing materials, organizing returns…)

– You ensure the administrative follow-up of the site (certificates, control sheets, management sheets, photos…)

– You are responsible for the proper management of tools on the sites (maintenance, protection…)

PROFILE SKILLS:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• You have HVAC technician training
• You are meticulous, autonomous, and organized
• You have excellent interpersonal skills
• You speak fluent French (any other language is an advantage)
